Best Ways To Get Rid Of Acne Blackheads

Get Rid Of Acne Blackheads

Getting an acne blackhead is the easy part; getting rid of it and maintaining a healthy skin, not so much. You can get tips from friends or family members, but there is no easy way to rid your face of these annoying acne blackheads which are nothing more than a clogged pore loaded up with excess oil. At that point many of us squeeze the pore, which when opened up and exposed to the elements, will turn a dark color, and voila' you have a blackhead. There are different options on how to get rid of acne blackheads; some are prescription medications that can reduce the oil that causes acne to form. Prevention is an obvious choice for facial acne blackheads which mostly involves cleansing and even the use of medications. You might consider these tips.
1 - Using a gentle acne cleanser
2 - Avoid bar soap
3 - Remove the dead skin with a skin exfoliate containing BHA or Salicylic Acid
4 - Use a facial product that will absorb excess oil and not clog the pores. A "clay mask" works well
5 - If your acne blackheads continue to be troublesome, visit a dermatologist
Blackhead removal has many riders on the "boat of suggestions." The most common method is using two fingers and gently squeezing. Here are two ways to accomplish the goal the "gentle way." A - Use a mild scrub over the blackhead to remove as much of the dead skin as possible. B - Place a clean microwave warm towel over your face for several minutes which will open the pores C - On a dry face, place a tissue on the tips of the fingers you'll use, and gently apply pressure by pushing down, then up. Only make the attempt once or twice to avoid damaging the skin, and making things worse.
You'll need a cup of water, one teaspoon of basil leaves, and (grocery store) one teaspoon of powdered goldenseal root. (Health food store) Next, you'll need a saucepan and clean washcloth. Put the water in the pan and bring to a boil. Then add the basil and goldenseal root, stir a bit, then turn off the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Warm the washcloth in a micro or hot water and apply to your face to open pores. Now dip the cloth into the basil/goldenseal mix and apply to your face. Do this several times, and then rinse your face with cold water to close pores. You can also take a hot shower, and then apply the mix after you dry off. Note: only apply four times a week for two weeks, and then check results.
