3. Dark Chocolate Now, that you already know what are the food you need to avoid and lessen for you to get rid of those fats faster, you may already have 30-45 minute cardiovascular exercises.
You will need to gain more lean muscles, because aside from burning and getting rid of fats this will also improve your metabolism. Examples are lunges and squat.
