Women with small breasts sometimes get conscious with their bust size, whether they think it’s too small in comparison to other women’s, clothes don’t fit as well, or maybe they don’t attract attention as much as they would like. Whatever the reasons, there are several solutions for you to consider to make your breasts look bigger. Don’t worry: None of them involve stuffing down tissue in your bras.
Choose Flattering Tops
The easiest way for you to get rid of small breasts is to find ways to highlight what you already have. When choosing t-shirts, go for asymmetrical, high necklines or both. Deep v-necks and scooped necks should also be avoided. As a rule of thumb, a wider area over your breasts provides an illusion that your breasts are bigger than they are. Tighter shirts are also preferable in this respect.
For blouses, narrow v-necks, ruffles, breast pockets and wide lapels will also help give your bust an illusion of being bigger than it really is. Choose tops with one or two of these features but not more than that.
To help your breasts look better and more impressive in your top, do this little trick: Bend forward and cup your breasts firmly and jiggle them forward. Stand up straight and insert your hand into your bra, firmly holding one breast and pulling it towards the other breast. Adjust your bra straps to maintain the breasts’ proximity to one another. Doing these motions will help your breasts look perkier and bigger.
When you have clipped your bra in place, bend forwards and shake your bra from the bottom, this fills the bra more, stand up straight and grab your breast and pull towards the other breast this gets more fat into the bra making them look bigger, tighten the straps until the cups have moved up your chest a good inch and pull your breasts towards each other again. This makes your boobs look perky and a lot larger.
Get Better Support
Breast enhancers in the form of padded and push-up bras have improved tremendously over the past few years. You now have a variety of materials to choose from when selecting a push-up or a padded bra. What’s the difference between the two? Push-up bras are made in such a way to push your breasts together, creating more cleavage and a fuller look. Padded bras make your breasts look bigger care of the padding that comes with them. You can usually get bras that have both the features of a push-up bra and a padded bra.
Padded bras can use gel, water, air or fabric to help enhance your breasts. It’s up to you to choose the material you feel most comfortable with, or the material that looks most natural on you. Keep in mind that the detachable pads can go in unnatural positions around your chest area, so make sure that you check up on them every now and then.
Support for swimwear such as bikinis and bathing suits are also available, and they function the same way padded and push-up bras do.
Underwire bras are the choice of some women to provide more support to their breasts. This is an alternative to padding and push-up, although some women claim that underwire bras are uncomfortable to wear.
When going the bra route on the road to bigger breasts, don’t take the shortcut by attaching your bras tighter than you normally would or buying smaller bras than your size. While this might help push up your breasts, this can also lead to discomfort, difficulty in breathing, and headaches, among other things. Breast-enhancing bras are constructed in such a way to provide maximum comfort while enhancing your breasts. Don’t force non-enhancing bras to do a job they’re not made to do.
Makeup
You’ve bought the perfect dress but having a problem of your cleavage having a no-show? Putting on some makeup can solve that in a jiffy. Applying makeup in your cleavage area has been an old Hollywood trick that you can do yourself. All you need is a bronzer and a thick brush. Lightly start from the inside part of your cleavage, brushing outwards. Apply bronzer near the edges where your skin and neckline meet, and make sure it blends in properly.
Don’t over do it, just apply enough the way you would your cheekbones, to emphasize lines and put in shadows where normally there would be none. Use a bronzer that’s appropriate to your skin tone, because you won’t want people to look at you cleavage because it looks like it has a strange rash. Keep some bronzer in your bag, and you’re ready to go.
Exercise
People who exercise a lot or who have a low-fat ration in their body usually have small breasts as a result. If you plan on exercising, you can ask your trainer for some exercises you could do to improve your pectoral muscles, which are on your chest area. If you regularly exercise, you can also integrate pectoral exercises in your daily routine.
Breast massage or massaging around your breast area is also said to be effective way to naturally enhance your breasts. Breast massages are said to improve your breasts’ blood circulation, encouraging them to become bigger. Using breast enlargment creams with your massage is also said to be helpful in increasing your bust line.
Watch What You Eat
Certain food are said to influence how big or small your breasts will be. Breasts are mostly made up of fat, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that eating fatty food will make your breasts bigger, it will just make you fatter. To gain weight correctly, be sure to take proteins (vegetables) and carbohydrates (brown rice and whole wheat). Pair it up with exercises that will enhance your bust line, and you’ll be gaining weight in all the correct areas.Sesame seeds are also said to be helpful in making your breasts bigger naturally.
Avoiding caffeine or removing caffeine completely can also help you improve your bust line, especially when done side-by-side with your exercise and specialized diet.
Hormones
Pills with high estrogen levels or birth control pills can also largely enhance your breast size. Pregnancy also typically makes women’s breasts go larger, and some even keep the bigger size even after giving birth. If you want to take a hormonal route to larger breasts, make sure you are doing it correctly by consulting first with endocrinologist. However, having a supervised hormone program is only recommended for those whose shapes are very much affected by low female hormones or estrogen dominance. Hormone treatments also have other side effects on a case-to-case basis, so make sure you consider the pros and cons before doing this option. It’s also important to note that taking hormone treatments increases your chances of getting breast cancer.
Many pills also claim to have a hormone-like effect on women and enlarge breasts as a result. Some women claim that this is effective, but be careful of any pill that you choose to take! To be safe, always consult a doctor first.
Plastic Surgery
The most drastic way to get rid of small breasts is having an elective surgery or a breast augmentation surgery. This will lead to very dramatic results and get your desired cup size almost immediately, but you must first consider the risks you are taking, the side-effects, and what you need to know just in case you want to have your breast implants removed.
Keep in mind that elective surgery is still surgery, and that you will be in pain for a few weeks. Research more on breast augmentation, the pros and the cons, and make sure you consult with a reputable plastic surgeon. You may also want to visit your family doctor for a separate opinion, especially if you have any health risks you may need to consider first.
While having a great pair of breasts is always fantastic, you must keep in mind that your bust size is not the end-all, be-all of your personality nor your attractiveness. If you’re a young lady or a teenager, you may want to wait a few more years before trying any of the suggested methods. Remember, having a good bra and taking care of yourself by exercise and a healthy diet is still the best, not just for your breasts, but for your overall good health as well.
